I was amicus curiae in the cases which defined the elements in product liability and failure to warn cases in Arizona. I represented the injured victim in the case which explained the elements of proof in a product liability case based on negligence. I helped draft the law that limits a manufacturer's right to hide self-critical analysis and investigation of defective products and was the principal author of Arizona's jury instructions on product liability law.

Throughout my 25 year career I have handled complex insurance bad faith claims on behalf of policy holders including life, health, disability, casualty and homeowners claims.
