Experience counts when hiring an attorney

I had to file a Chap 13 to stop and errant 2nd mortgage lender from foreclosing on my home. Since I was on a budget, I had to keep the cost affordable. I consulted with an attorney with 8 and 10 years of experience and they told me my only option was to file a Chapter 7 which I didn't want to do be...cause the 7 only temporarily stops a foreclosure. I went to MJ Berkley because Martin has 30+ years of experience in just doing BKs. Needless to say he got my case approved with the right trustee. Everything was favorable about the way the case was strategically filed. Martin is very straight to the point and no pie in the sky promises. A little gruff but who wouldn't be after filing thousands of BK cases. He gets the job done. His son Aaron is the procedural experts and goes with you to court. He explains everything in detail. They make a good team and get things done when other attorneys who don't have enough experience tell you is not possible. They made everything work. I highly recommend them.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I called Martin and his associate Aaron when I was in a desperate situation to avoid a foreclosure. It was imminent and they explained all of my options, did exactly what they said they would do, and did a wonderful job in the process. There are many attorneys who claim all sorts of things, but thi...s is the only thing this firm does. If you want an attorney who will get things done properly, professionally, and promptly, then call Martin Berkley immediately.
