courteous and kind beyond the intellect

Mr. Hallstrom handled all of our business needs flawlessly, with great attention to detail. He not only provided what we requested but asked insightful questions and provided follow up for us to consider areas of our business we had not. Everything he did was delivered with kindness, treating the tra...nsaction as more than just that. in the end, we look to him as more of a strategic advisor than a lawyer from whom we needed some paperwork. That is what makes him a valuable part of our team.

Great attorney, great communication, very reasonable fees,

We have been stuck trying to find help in locating who was holding the loan to a piece of property we bought in 2007, The initial loan was sold to another bank but was lost and no one could tell who actually held the deed. We had no luck from any avenue we used to obtain this information. Going on 9 ...years and still no closer to finding this information. I was given Mr. Hallstroms name and number from a friend of a friend. Mr. Hallstom was able to track down who actually held the loan and was able to resolve this for us in no time at all. He kept us in the loop with every process he took and every lead he followed. He has been able to resolve everything for us in a matter of a couple of months. His fees are very reasonable and I really would have been willing to pay him more. I will keep his number on file and would highly recommend Mr. Hallstrom to anybody having legal issues real estate or for that matter reach out to him for any legal concerns and if he can not handle the legal matter he will be able to direct you to someone who can. He did a great job and was very caring and understanding with everything we had gone through.
