I have just been made aware of this review. Unfortunately there is no way to know who left the review. I am sorry that they believed their experience to be less than satisfactory. My staff and I strive to make all of our clients' experiences positive. Unfortunately, we cannot control how quickly insurance companies pay and therefore how quickly clients will recover for their injuries. Indeed, many of our cases require that we file a lawsuit and commence litigation and even trial before reaching a resolution. Obviously, we have no incentive to delay our clients' recoveries because we do not get paid until our client is paid. All clients sign a fee agreement where they are made aware that expenses are reimbursed at the end of the case. Expense reflect the same amount we pay for the charge. We do not mark up the cost or make a profit on the cost. I am not aware of anyone ever having complained that we were unresponsive to their needs. Because I do not know the identity of the person making this claim I am unable to state why this person believed us to be unresponsive. Obviously, it is imperative in litigation that we have our client's full cooperation and that they know what claims and defense are being made in order for us to appropriately prosecute their claims. Again, given that we are paid only if our client recovers, we want to maintain good communications with our client. I wish that this person had made us aware of their displeasure so that we could have rectified the situation to their satisfaction. Kevin Tucker
