Robert Edward Barry

ROBERT E. BARRY, ESQ., Rob is a Plaintiff’s construction defect attorney in Phoenix Arizona. He concentrates his practice in the area of construction defect litigation and representing homeowners and homeowner associations in actions against the builder for construction defects. Rob also practices in the area of commercial litigation, accident injury, and wrongful death. Originally from Rhode Island, Rob has resided in Arizona for over fifteen years. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. Rob attended law school on a Dean's merit scholarship where he was a member of the Law Review and served as President of the Student Bar Association. He received the American Jurisprudence Award and was on the Dean's List Honor Roll. Rob is an active member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and the Construction section of the Arizona Bar.  He has been an active member of CAI and AACM for years.  Rob has been quoted in a number of publications including Smart Money Magazine and The Arizona Business Gazette.  He has been published and quoted in a number of trade magazines and has spoken at dozens of homeowners’ association seminars and educational programs.  Rob has successfully recovered millions of dollars for homeowners and homeowners associations by settlement and successful trial verdict.
