Child support assistance
Many years ago Neal assisted me with getting child support. He did an excellent job. He handled my case in a very professional manner. and took time to explain each step so I could understand.

Needs to retire
Daughter was in a car accident, Neil gave dates of letters to go out and times of follow up that didn't happen and when I confronted him with his lack of follow up and response he quit. Neil is a nice guy but really needs to retire.
