Maria T Raciti

Maria focuses her practice in litigation. While in law school, Maria interned for one summer at Gallagher & Kennedy, where she was able to acquaint herself with all aspects of the firm’s practice, including: drafting demand letters, pleadings, and memoranda concerning anti-trust litigation, commercial property disputes, commercial contract litigation, personal injury and wrongful death actions, and criminal defense. Maria graduated magna cum laude from the Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2022. Maria’s law school experience included legal externships with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Liability Management Section, the Arizona Supreme Court, Staff Attorney’s Office, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  She was an Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal, a Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant, a member of the Women Law Students’ Association, a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, a Law Ambassador for the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, an Arizona Legal Center Volunteer, and a CourtWorks Volunteer. Maria received the following honors/awards in law school: Order of the Coif Highest Pro Bono Distinction Arizona State Law Journal: Outstanding Note and Comment Contribution CALI Awards: Legal Method & Writing, Legal Advocacy, Constitutional Law, and Juvenile Law She is an alumna of Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where she received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Philosophy, Politics, and the Public Honors Program in 2017.
