I’m writing this with tears in my eyes. This is the first Christmas that I spend without my children because I lost custody to my children due to Kevin representing me. I was very well pleased having Kevin Whitcare working on my case through Dodge & Vega. Back in December I was amazed the way he asked question to my spouse which we try to serve her and she refused to be served by not giving her address. But she was saying that I knew her address which was all a lie ...and came out in court. Still waiting the judge decision. But I feel that while she was asked for about 2 1/2 hour cross examine and me only 30 mins with her counselor and mines.
