Kaylee Patricia McMains

A Phoenix native, Kaylee McMains delivers insightful, individualized counsel in the areas of probate, trust administration, and estate planning at Dyer Bregman Ferris Wong & Carter, PLLC. Kaylee holds both a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Arizona State University. During her undergraduate studies, she engaged in significant research and was invited to present at national academic conferences. Kaylee interned with the Arizona Attorney General’s Criminal Division before shifting her focus to estate planning, which she further explored as a law clerk at DBFWC. She was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2024, earning the third-highest score on the February Bar Examination. Kaylee’s practice is defined by her commitment to helping clients feel informed and comfortable with their estate plans. She values taking the time to understand each client’s unique priorities and strives to craft thoughtful solutions to achieve their goals.
