Jose A Montano

Jose A. Montaño is the founding member and managing partner of Montaño & Associates, P.C., a Phoenix firm that reflects his commitment to strong representation and trusted counsel. Originally from Hermosillo, Mexico, Jose graduated with honors from Arizona State University and earned his J.D. from the Arizona State University College of Law in 2003. He is licensed in Arizona and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jose concentrates on serious criminal defense, with a primary emphasis on federal court matters. Over the years, he has successfully defended numerous high-profile individuals in cases involving white-collar allegations and drug-related charges.
