He has extensive experience in patent litigation, patent prosecution, licensing, and IP due diligence, as well as counseling clients on securing and enforcing trademark rights.

Kyle combines his 20 years of experience with innovative practice strategies to guide clients through complex IP challenges while delivering exceptional value. Drawing on his own experience as a founder and small-business owner, Kyle understands the unique challenges early-stage businesses face and builds strong, cost-effective IP strategies that support growth, attract investment, and withstand competitive pressure.

His experience covers a wide range of technologies—including software, semiconductors, standards-essential networking, medical devices, AgTech, aerospace, sporting goods, consumer products, construction technologies, and food manufacturing. With a background in complex patent litigation, Kyle focuses on drafting and prosecuting patents that stand up to real-world business scrutiny, whether in negotiations, investments, or disputes.

In his personal life, Kyle enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and four talented children. He volunteers in his church and local youth organizations, is an avid skier, and coaches and competes in national-level indoor volleyball leagues.
