Biography
Jennifer “Jenn” Hanson is licensed in both Arizona and Minnesota. She has a unique and diverse background in civil litigation. At Jaburg Wilk she focuses her practice on construction defect, insurance defense, and commercial litigation. She started her career with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office is the Community Based Prosecution Trial Group where she primarily worked on felony prosecutions. One of her responsibilities including supervising law students during their internships at the County Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining Jaburg Wilk, she worked for other civil litigation law firms. Jenn has experience with federal laws relative to consumer reporting including FDCPA, FCRA, CROA and CFPB. While in law school, she was staff editor of the Phoenix Law Review and articles editor for Accord, Phoenix Law Review Online.
