Gil Hacohen

Gil has been nothing but amazing as a lawyer. He is quick, responsive, direct, and gets the job done efficiently and in your favor. I had him help me with a minor case in the past which got reduced and then months later a different situation occurred and he again didn't let me down. I had originally ...had a DUI and he got it reduced again, which I could've never imagined happening thanks to Gil! Great guy and would highly recommend and use again.

I ran into an issue with Arizona Fish and Game (AZFG). This area of law doesn't seem to have a lot of Lawyers that deal with them. Because of them being both Federal and State, they had the ability to screw up my hunting in not just Arizona but in the other 48 states. My presumption was that if I ...had a house in Arizona, I could pull a AZFG Resident tag. After pulling the tag, I called the field office to insure I was within the law (I didn't want to get in trouble!!!). well long story short... they wrote me citations based off of the phone call. They were set on writing me this ticket and actually had CAFG come knock on my door to serve me. At this point I knew I was over my head and contacted Gil. He re-assured me that he could handle my case. He gave me a great rate and it was straight forward. I understood exactly what I was getting based on our conversations and his contract. Gil went in and negotiated with the District attorney on my behalf. Gil got me a deal outside of taking it to trial that I was comfortable in accepting. Also and most importantly... With almost every case dealing with AZFG, you end up loosing your privileges to hunt or fish for up to 5 years. Gil got me off without having my privileges restricted. He was empathetic to my case and I didn't doubt his knowledge of AZFG law. I could tell from our conversations that he had spent time bringing himself up to date on this area just for my case. Thank you Gil, Although your a great guy, I hope I don't have to talk to you again lol! Unless it's for a drink...
