Erick Durlach

 Erick Durlach is an accomplished, goal-driven litigation attorney, who has developed, implemented and managed litigation strategies in a variety of civil actions.  He counsels and represents clients in the areas of contracts law, business law, construction law, professional liability, products liability, wrongful death and catastrophic injury, restrictive covenants, and insurance defense. Erick takes pride in understanding his clients’ goals, providing an early evaluation of the matter and the estimated cost, keeping his clients informed during the course of litigation, and providing a cost efficient defense while achieving the best possible results for his clients.

Erick has achieved favorable resolutions of large, complex, high-profile cases.  He has conducted hundreds of depositions and witness interviews and his superior written and verbal skills have led him to a high level of success in winning cases on summary judgment or by way of dismissal based on substantive arguments. He also has significant trial and appellate experience and has been practicing law for more than thirteen years.

Being active in the legal community is important to Erick. He is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, the State Bar of Arizona, and was a Steering Committee Member of ALFA International’s Business Litigation Practice Group from 2010 to 2014.
