Dane Adam Dodd

Dane Dodd is an attorney in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP.  Mr. Dodd received his B.S. from Arizona State University, where he graduated in the top 2% of his class.  He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2013, where he was Senior Articles Editor of the Virginia Law & Business Review.  While in law school, Mr. Dodd was a judicial extern for the Honorable Cindy K. Jorgenson of the United States District Court and the Honorable John Rea of the Arizona Superior Court in Maricopa County. 

Mr. Dodd has taken and defended dozens of depositions, conducted written discovery, and drafted numerous motions and appellate briefs.  He is quickly developing a reputation as a formidable writer, with over eight successful dispositive motions.  Despite his youth, he has been entrusted to draft two Ninth Circuit appellate briefs, appellate briefs to the Arizona Court of Appeals, and many motions for summary judgment, including five in cases where the plaintiffs sought over a million dollars in damages.
