Alejandro is a partner at Jaburg Wilk. Alejandro has committed his career to improving the workplace. He routinely defends companies of all sizes against claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, retaliation.

Additionally, Alejandro assists clients with a range of compliance issues, internal and government investigations, compliance audits, restructurings, reductions in force, restrictive covenant agreements, employment handbooks and policies, and other employment law-related issues.

Alejandro’s clients value his proactive approach to identifying preemptive strategies that increase job satisfaction and minimize risk. Alejandro also conducts training on a number of employment-related topics, as well as on diversity, inclusion, implicit bias, respectful workplace norms, and leadership development.

Alejandro also represents professionals before their licensing boards in both investigations and in defending their licenses. He has represented medical professionals, including physicians, nurses and pharmacists; mortgage professionals; contractors; and various other professionals.

Additionally, Alejandro has litigated cases involving complex probate disputes, defamation, invasion of privacy, breach of contract, and other commercial matters.
