I am an Arizona Collection Attorney representing creditors in several industry and business areas who are seeking to recover valid debt owed to them by consumers. I established Seidberg Law Offices, an Arizona Collection Law Firm, in 1988. I am dedicated to Collections and Creditors’ Rights, committed to long term NET results for my clients and capable of meeting the most demanding Client goals relating to liquidation, security, and electronic communication, among others.

Who I Help:
My primary clients are national, regional, and Arizona creditors doing business with Arizona consumers/residents. My clients do business annually in excess of $15 million a year. They are companies that have significant and ongoing default and bad debt issues with average account balances in excess of $1,. 

How I Help:
As a collection law firm, our primary resource for collection is litigation after an initial effort to collect has been made.  We utilize state of the art recovery, electronic payment, computer security, data security, document imaging, investigative and information software. With over 30 years of experience, We have learned to pull the best of what collections has to offer and combine it with what attorneys can offer in a very effective combination.
