If you are unfortunate and are given a lawyer like Brian Bohan I have to warn you of his lackadaisical attitude towards my circumstances. It was plain to see that the officers involved lied in the report. Even with all the proof I came to him with regarding my innocence he still just kept trying to... get me to take a plea. I had to do all the leg work on my case and even though some of my FOIA requests were still pending he had his colleague set my case for trial. After realizing he was not going to have my best interest at heart I had to hire another attorney. That attorney didn't or couldn't get the judge to give our case more time and I was forced to take the plea anyway. This guy works for the county. Because the charges I was facing were Agg. Assault of officer and Resisting Arrest I didn't stand a chance with this guy. He is not to be trusted and if you get assigned to him as a lawyer put in a request for another quickly.
