Relentless to the end, client was not forthcoming

I would give 5 stars but he was not my attorney. Jason was our opposing counsel. He was great, over confident, arrogant and irritating to listen to, starting off strong with defamation of character tactics. Although this may work if the facts were true. However, we would have won no matter who the... opposing counsel was. With Jason as the opposing counsel, he made this entertaining and his performance gave the added theatrical touch for a memorable ruling in my favor. I could see his client's thought this was a slam dunk, their confidence was remarkable. Jason can make anyone feel like a winner, but things took a turn once we reciprocated his performance with testimony and verifiable documentation proving the allegations were not factual. It was very obvious Jason didn't like losing and his client should be proud, he didn't lose momentum, he went down with a fight, although it was a not graceful one, slowly that remarkable confidence turned into a child throwing a fit to get his way with threats of appeals before even knowing the ruling! Thank you Jason for taking on a client who had no case, thank you for making them feel like they were going to win. Thank you for making them spend money with no return. Thank you for your amazing performance that helped me win. I couldn't be happier with your services and theatrics. Seeing their faces change from extreme confidence with demeaning smiles to outrage and embarrassment is something I would have never been able to witness without you. I am sure you do not come cheap and every penny your client spent on you was well spent for my entertainment and great story telling. The lesson to be learned here when seeking counsel - believe the negative reviews people! Read all bad reviews on here, on yelp, google etc. Do not hire someone who is willing to disrespect a former paying client or hire someone who refuses to own his losing record to avoid a lower rating.

I regret hiring him over another attorney I interviewed.

I was a person who had no criminal history and was very frightened about what might happen. I found him to be lacking in compassion, or concern for my fears. Trying to get any specifics from him about what he discussed with the prosecution and what he said, or did, to defend me was like trying extrac...t an impacted tooth with a tweezer. He had his assistant send emails which she described as “straight-forward”. They may have been straight-forward for someone with a legal background or with extensive interactions with the court; the information in the emails was NOT straight-forward for someone as frightened as I was. I was made more frightened by the fact that I had no knowledge of what he was doing to defend my interest. He did not address the fact that I was not read my rights by the cop, and he did nothing about the lies that the cop told the grand jury. Trying to arrange a telephone conversation with him, to get some clarification, was like trying to get an audience with the Pope. I paid him a huge amount of money (huge for me) and I felt that he treated me like I didn’t matter; as if I were a low-level pro bono client. If I had known that he had been Censured by Bar in 2003 I would not have selected him. I had a court date that was less than a week away and made a rush decision, in a state of panic. I did not have the presence of mind to check his record with the Bar

This review is most perplexing as it does not align with my recollection of any client whom I have represented. When someone's freedom is on the line, it is understandable that emotions can run high. On the occasions that this occurs, I always encourage my clients to discuss such concerns openly and honestly with me. In my nearly 24 years of practice, this has always seemed to work well, particularly for my clients. The scenario expressed by the reviewer is not one of which I was ever made aware and it most certainly does not address any specific detail that would speak to the facts of the case, let alone the outcome that was achieved. It is unfortunate that all too often, other attorneys, or disingenuous SEO companies working for them, will write bogus reviews in an effort to bring down other attorneys' ratings. I encourage prospective clients to search the internet for the dozens of 5 star reviews that I have rightfully earned. If this review was written by an actual client, I encourage you to contact me directly via email so that I can personally address your concerns.

5 stars all the way for Jason Lamm

I found Jason on a Google search and did my due diligence on him and everything just felt right so we hired him to help my partner with a legal battle, right away Jason already knew how to approach this case and explained the steps we will take together for the best out come. In a time of high stres...s Jason really understood and took the time to give us a full scope of what to expect, what could happen, and what his job is to help us. He's not like other attorneys you talk to that sound like you're wasting "their time" and want to get off the phone with you as quick as possible, no not Jason he will stay on the phone and even call you back when he's not at the office so that you're comfortable and have all the questions you have answered. At court he’s intelligent and has the poise that really stand outs than the rest. He knew how to handle this case and the outcome of it was better than we were even expecting! Hands down the best attorney. If you want results Jason is worth it.

BEST OF THE BEST FOR SURE

When I first called Jason, he needed to call me back. I gave him my full name, and hung up waiting on his call. When he called back he knew everything about me, and the troubles I was facing. He was meticulous with nailing every fine detail. After a few court hearings, my case was finally dropp...ed. He was worth every penny.

Thank you Jason

Basically I searched out Jason through the internet. My brother got in some serious trouble. He was looking at 60-100 yrs in prison. His bail was set higher than that of someone who commits murder, it was set at $500,000.00. Jason was able to show that was not fair and it was dropped to $10,000.00. ...We had the sentencing yesterday. Even though my brother was not able to get life probation without prison I feel it was still a decent success. My brother got 5 years instead of 60-100 yrs. So I want to thank Jason for giving my family the opportunity to see him again outside of prison. I would recommend Jason to anyone who has a SERIOUS case. Jason treated my parents with the up most respect. His fees were strict but let me tell you, you get what you pay for!!! Worth every cent.
