Thomas John Henager

In December of 2018 I used Henager Law Firm to represent me in a case that had me falsely accused. I reached out to Henager Law Firm because Tom has an excellent record with winning cases that go to trial. After telling Tom what happen, it was clear he nor me was going to accept any plea bargain and... we were going to fight this to the end. Tom prepared and provided witness statements and evidence that put pressure on the state prosecutor to dismiss the case. Unfortunately the court system dragged it on for several months but when it was all said and done, Thomas Henager had my case dismissed and life back to normal.
