This Attorney represented me on a criminal matter that took over two years. He was paid over $300.000.00, and to this day I was never given a statement. And the worst part, I took a plea. This is not a case that went to trial. I was made so many promises, I never even thought to talk with anothe...r Attorney. Very dumb on my part. I even found out later, while sitting in prison, that Mr. Dichter is not even recognized by the State Bar as a criminal specialist. Every time I went to court for a continuance, this Attorney was more interested in shaking the hand of the investigator than mine. The bottom line, talk to several Attorneys, don't just listen to the promises of one.
