Simone does not charge consultation fees. I have called him many times, incidentally using my phone, my wife's phone and my landline. I was not trying to be a cheat; just calling with what sat next to me. Every time he advised me right then. I volunteered to pay. He said he does not charge for what h...e could answer from the top of his head. Easy questions to answer for him but lawyers charge for what an advise mean to a clueless person, not based on how much that advising effort taxes them. Through out his practice, he has kept advising the Habesha community and anyone else as anyone who I referred to Simone got some advise with no charge.

Oh! When did Simon move to CA? Simon was in Phoenix, AZ, and he was working exclusively for free by then. He helped many Eritrean, Ethiopian, Sudanese and Somali folks complete many immigration forms and explained things to the necessary detail. He gave us legal advise that may cost a village elsewhe...re. He did not even accept free lunch. Simon helped me with two auto-collusion cases. He wrote letters and talked to insurance adjustors. He was of much help. Simon is the kind of person folks take very seriously. Funny also how Simon came and fixed my laptop and printer and installed a free antivirus.
