Petersen and his firm are horrible, they do not communicate about your case, it is almost impossible to speak with the attorney directly they push you off to a staff member. Does not work dillegently and is very good at procrastination. While my case was with his firm I was never updated as to where ...the case stood unless I made constant inquiries, as I began to become frustrated and threatened to fire them, they finally decided to work on my case and still made very little progress in extended periods of time. After firing the firm and finding a new attorney, I found out that they had lied to me about details in my case, there is no reason whatsoever to trust Petersen or his staff. They are lazy and could care less about their clients. I would never reccomend this firm, I would tell anyone to seek out a different attorney who will work for you and keep you informed, something this firm has great difficulty doing.
