For more than 30 years, I have represented individuals and small businesses in Arizona as well those located throughout the United States with properties located in Arizona. My areas of practice include all facets of real estate law, business law, estate planning, and taxation. I have built a law practice based primarily on referrals from my clients and from my peers. When representing Arizona clients, I draw upon my unique blend of legal experience and education helping them to buy and sell property, negotiate leases, and start businesses; plan their estates and handle family probates; as well as negotiate settlements with the Internal Revenue Service.
I am a graduate of San Diego State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Sciences. From there I attended Arizona State University College of Law earning my Juris Doctorate, having graduated cum laude. Following law school, I obtained my Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
As a result of a good education, superior mentorship during my years at Mohr, Hackett, et al., and hard work, I was awarded an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. AV Preeminent indicates my peers have ranked me at the highest levels of professional excellence and ethical standards; it takes a minimum of 10 years of practicing law to achieve an AV rating. I have received this award for the past 15 years and will do my best to continue receiving it for the next 15.
