Michelle Lindsay Hogan

Michelle Hogan is a former fraud prosecutor for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and an experienced litigator who focuses on representing businesses, organizations, and individuals in complex commercial litigation, employment matters, and privacy matters. Michelle leverages her investigative and analytical skills and experience to craft winning litigation strategy in defending white collar clients against civil and criminal charges and to litigate complex commercial disputes.

In the white-collar defense context, Michelle has advised and represented clients in successfully defending charges levied by federal, state, and municipal government agencies. She has also successfully assisted victims assert their rights in state court and obtain restitution awards. In a similar vein, she has conducted internal investigations for companies and tribal governments to investigate employees accused of criminal misconduct.

Given her background working for a governmental agency, Michelle has also assisted clients with navigating Arizona’s regulatory laws, including laws impacting political action committees, commercial vehicle dealers, and professionals.
