Michael B Bernays

I was called for jury duty some time ago, and was amazed and impressed by how careful and diligent Mr Bernays was about protecting his client during that process. His questions were probing and pertinent, perceptive and useful. The other part of this which really impressed me was that the prosecut...or and even judge kept getting annoyed with him and they wanted to rush it, gave him grief, but he just patiently and politely kept digging until he was sure someone selected for jury duty was impartial. I would have been intimidated by the amount of flack he got. If I were up against criminal charges, I would use him. That's how I recalled his name (besides reminding me of a gourmet sauce!) - I made a note of it because he was truly working hard for, thinking of, and protecting the best interests of his client Truly impressive - enough to make me remember him and take the time to write this - perhaps for the benefit of someone else who may need a diligent fighter in their corner.
