EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!

She helped me start my business, get the best tax rate, and prepared all of my contracts. She is now my attorney for everything I do. She helps me with evictions for my properties, reviewing contracts, negotiations, and any problems I have with my tenants. What I like most about her is she is ver...y smart but still humble and nice and great to talk to. She is funny, personable, and honest. She responds to my calls and emails within the same day, If I have an emergency, she works nights and weekends. Best part is her price is unbeatable. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a great attorney.

We hired Mae, to help us out with a demand letter for money owed to me, and to my surprise, after months of dealing with the company directly with zero response, Mae's letter got results, and within 3 weeks, not only did we get the results we wanted in my favor, we got the full amount of the contract... from the company without a hassle. VEry knowledgeable with Proeprty management issues

Mae was referred to me through my property management company when I was having tenant issues. A tenant burned my rental down and, by contract, was able to move back into the property once rebuilt. Mae worked diligently to make sure this did not happen. After a few weeks of negotiation, we accompl...ished our goal. Mae was very reasonably priced and got the job done in a very timely manner. HIGHLY recommend her for any tenant issues !!
