Highly impressed with Mr. Green’s integrity and willingness to help.

I recently met with Mr. Green to talk about a possible case I maybe facing and to ask advice for a friend that’s involved in the case. Prior to this I’ve also visited with two other attorneys. The first two Attorneys listened to what I had to say and both stated it’s not looking good for me and wan...ted a retainer right away. Mr. Green spent almost an hour with me reading the police report and took the time to explain the laws of Az. He pretty much said I should be ok and he was right. Not only did he do this but he also met me at a Starbucks after hours because I work everyday and couldn't afford time off. He also did all of this free of charge, and I didn’t even pay for his coffee. I appreciate his honesty and the time he took to help me.

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER IF YOU WANT TO WIN YOUR CASE!

Lincoln Greene was my attorney in my case concerning my children. He was late to court several times, during the hearings he did not question the CPS actions and statements made by them that were clearly a violation of CPS guidelines. Would not address the court and file motions or contest any reques...t or motions from CPS Atty. when CPS deliberately lied during hearing, even though I had proof they were lying he ignored me and did not question them. he did not prepare for the trial and even though I had completed everything the courts asked me to do, he did not present that info to courts as a defense. instead he told me my best defense would be to write a letter to the court stating why I think I my children should come home and what my children mean to me and how I have changed my life around. I was to read the letter in open court as my defense. which I did as my atty instructed as it would be my best defense. the original judge was not there, instead was another judge who was not familiar with the case at all. Lincoln said it should take him several days to a week if not more to review case before making a ruling. when the hearing started the judge asked me that if i wanted to read the letter to the court and for go the trial, if i understood my rights. i said yes i do. - my rights as explained to me by my lawyer as this was my best defense against losing my children for ever- i said i do. i read it, then sat there as CPS made all these ridiculous claims and lied on the stand under oath. Lincoln just sat there and did nothing. the next morning i find out that the judge ruled to sever my rights. and i lost my children. i immediately called Lincoln and told him to file an appeal. he gave me my appellate atty name and number. when i called to file appeal appellate atty said that he would not file it because judge clearly asked me if i understood my rights and i said yes. when i called Lincoln back upset all he said to me was thats not what wanted or were trying to do. giving up my right to a fair trial and agreeing with the courts to sever my rights with my children. he said it was my best defense. He did not care about what had happened, he would not do anything about the judges ruling or the fact that he misrepresented me and did not tell me about what i was doing was giving up my rights. he did not explain anything to me and because of his severe lack of knowledge concerning the court system, or basically did not give a damn about the case and had no desire other than to end the case and move on to the next one. i lost my rights to my children. sure i did wrong by my children and i was doing everything i could to get them back. my attorney wasnt doing anything to fight on my behalf. … ALL OF THIS IS DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILES AND MINUTE ENTRIES FROM THE COURT HEARINGS. i was not given my right to an appeal because he didnt explain my rights to me, as i followed his lead on what to do.
