She has also served on two jury panels in a civil and criminal case. MacEachern was intern to the Honorable Tom Kleinschmidt, Arizona Court of Appeals.
A former regulator, Ms. MacEachern was the Water Division Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). She is currently a member of the Maricopa County Air Pollution Control Board (past chair) and previously served on a number of water quality organizations. At the Arizona Attorney General’s office, MacEachern represented ADEQ and the Arizona Department of Agriculture. Prior to her legal career she spent a decade at the Arizona Department of Revenue.
