Lied. Forgot to File Court Docs. Unresponsive.
Kaffana failed to file certain time sensitive court documents and Kaffana stated he did file them. He failed to timely submit a subpoena and he wrote in incorrect information for the subpoena. Kaffana never attached the transcript/evidence needed for an appeal submitted to the Court of Appeals. Th...
