Biography
My 30-plus years of experience as a bankruptcy and business lawyer and litigator have taught me to be a problem solver. I work with both financially distressed businesses and individuals as well as creditors, advising them about the financial and legal issues confronting them, the possible ways to resolve them, and the possible range of outcomes.
I am a past chair of the State Bar of Arizona's Bankruptcy Section, a past speaker at its annual conventions, currently on the executive board of the Arizona Consumer Bankruptcy Counsel, and am an active and respected member of the Arizona bankruptcy community. I have been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2005 and Southwest Super Lawyers since 2007. Most importantly, I pride myself in working hard to get the best results for my clients.
