Brenna G. Fisher

I currently work as a criminal defense attorney at the Law Offices of David A. Black. I specialize in federal and state criminal litigation, with an emphasis on white collar criminal defense. In addition to this position, I am on the board of the Phoenix Women's White Collar Criminal Defense Association. I received my J.D. with honors from University of Wyoming College of Law in 2021 and was sworn into the Wyoming State Bar on September 24, 2021. In 2018, I graduated from Penn State University with a double major Summa Cum Laude in Criminology and Sociology. I completed two federal clerkships after law school: first, for the Hon. Gregory Phillips on the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals; and second, for the Hon. Scott Skavdahl, Chief District Judge for the District of Wyoming during the 2021-2022 term. Following this clerkship, I was an associate attorney at Snell & Wilmer, LLP, where I focused my practice on white collar criminal litigation, private investigations, and government enforcement. In addition to my legal career, I am an Adjutant General Officer in the Army Reserves, stationed with the Selective Service Region III Headquarters in Denver, CO.
