Timothy R. Geiger

Retained Mr Geiger on 10/6/15. Paid $450 and he faxed a letter with the wrong date and inaccurate statements. Mr Geiger spent more time sharing personal information about himself rather than listening and taking good notes. I never heard from Mr Geiger after initial consultation until I emailed him 1...0 days later asking if he's contacted anyone. I have requested that since his services are no longer needed I requested that my money to be returned since no further work is needed. Mr Geiger needed to review closed file, determine administrative costs and would get back to me in due course. Prior to retaining Mr Geiger I requested he read my original complaint to ensure he was suited to handle this, he replied he was, however he definitely was not. So, I will continue to wait for Mr Geiger to return funds for services he said he was going to do but not needed since the ROC closed case.
