RUN.....

I also had this attorney and he was worthless I should've represented myself, I probably would've done better......He did absolutely nothing for me, got a person who's never been in trouble a class 3 felony that he never tried to reduce it to a class 6...I did more work then he did.....I tried to get... rid of him but they wouldn't let me.....SMH NEVER EVER USE THIS ATTORNEY!!! If they appoint this attorney for him fire him!!!

Criminal representation

This is the opinion of a wronged client: Mr. Turner did nothing to defend me, he just made a plea deal. Turner got an innocent man 2 years. He allowed the prosecution to employ mental "extortion" techniques to force me to sign a plea deal that was outrageous. There was substantial defense to be a...rgued and Jesse Turner made no attempt to aggressively defend his client. One of the prosecutions arguments was that there was a metal blade on a saws-all. The prosecution wanted to make the court think that the blade was specifically designed to cut metal when in fact it was designed to cut wood. When the prosecution said the saw had a metal blade, they were referring to the composition of the blade itself. This was a blatant misdirection and Turner did nothing to clarify the fact to the court. This is how the whole case stacked up and Turner was more concerned with moving onto his next matter than defending me. BTW, this occurred in Maricopa County under Jan Brewer and Joe Arpaio. In my opinion, in Maricopa County, this was business as usual. To those who say, "I would never sign a plea deal if I were innocent". I hope you never find yourself in the position of signing away 2 years of your life or rolling the dice with 10 years.
