I wish I had read the reviews prior to accepting her as my attorney. Do not make the same mistake. I had a similar instance where Diaz was not responding to correspondence in a timely manner and not forwarding communication to review. Very unprofessional during and even after. My case was irreparably... affected and not only am I in debt, my child will live with the consequences for the rest of her life. Worst family attorney ever. She should really take a step back from taking on clients when she knows she’s not capable of properly representing them. Judges know her and do not take her seriously!!

This woman has no clue what she is doing. I did better research by myself Online. I have wasted months with this unprofessional person. We were denied due to her unprofessionalism and not knowing the very basics of how to write a letter and make a request. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.... Myself and the people involved will be contacting the bar.

Hired Ms Díaz for a custodial issue, non custodial parent giving drugs to his own daughter, a minor, at the time . Gave all the necessary proof and the minor even gave witness to the whole truth and with all that was given, the non custodial parent/drug hook up dad ended up getting more parental tone... and rghts! Since the divorce date, laws has changed and was not once advised there were changes in custody. It was such a disaster and to see how this is acceptable representation. So much more to mention but matters are done now. Beware. Granted things don’t always go the way it should but when there’s proof and actual testimony from the minor ... it would seem There should have been SOME repurcutions with all that proof.
