Attorney

When my dcfs case started I was absolutely terrified. Terrible even more knowing that I could not afford to pay for an attorney and was given a court appointed attorney Mr. Robert Latham. After time went on as I got to know Mr. Latham and saw how hard he has worked on my case and how much he cares fo...r his clients. Any time I have a question all I have to do is text or call and if he didn’t answer right away he returns the call or text immediately and answers any questions or concerns that I have. No matter what day or time of the week he is there for me. If I don’t understand something I can ask him questions without judgment. I would recommend this attorney to anyone. He is definitely the best and works very hard for his clients. I could go on and on about how wonderful this guy is but I’m gonna keep this short and I just hope that whoever reads this with call and see for them selves. He is the best!! Thank you so much Latham for all you do!

"I have gotten to know Robert at events sponsored by the local defense bar. Robert is well respected in the legal community for his advocacy on behalf of the defense bar at the Utah State Legislature. He also has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a criminal defense attorney. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert's services."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
