OUTCOME: TRAFFICKING VISA APPROVED

Max was detained in an immigration facility after his dog bit someone and the local police were called. Although he had spoken with several attorneys, none discovered that Max was a trafficking victi ... m... having been brought to the US as a child and kept by the smugglers to be their ranch slave outside of San Antonio. We applied for Max as a trafficking victim and got him released from detention. T-Visa was approved and Max has since reconnected with the family that he was separated from many years ago!
