Mr. Renda was very professional from the time we first met. He helped me to file an Appeal on my short-term/long-term Disability from my employer (12 years), The Boeing Company. Aetna is Boeing's disability insurance carrier. I have a progressive/eventually fatal brain disorder called Spinocerebell...ar Degeneration, or SCD. My cerebellum is desintegrating from the inside out. SCD causes severe Ataxia (balance and coordination difficulties, fatigue, painful muscle spasms and cramp, joint muscles pain, eventual loss of the use of my arms and legs, difficulty swallowing, etc.). Todd is a very honest, compassionate and intelligent man who is very punctial, excellent replies back (usually the same day).
