Don't waste your money!
I hired Caleb Cottam to file a suit against a home owners association. I asked him to access some utility records, which I had been denied, and to get a court order if necessary. I instead sent a letter to the HOA, and did nothing else. He was AWOL every time I tried to contact him; not in his office...
