OUTCOME: Town BZA won on appeal

Injured animals were being cared for by a not for profit run out of a private home. Summonses were issued. Variances sought were denied. Sued Zoning Bd. Zoning Board lost. We appealed and won at the Ap ... pellate Division. Although work done was good work it was in wrong zone.
