He did not respond in a timely manner to email, voicemails, and messages. On average, it usually took 2 or more days get in touch. We told him I was not guilty from the very beginning, but rather then assisting with me with it, he strongly insisted that taking the plea was my best choice. He was rude... when communicating with and I was usually left more questions than answers. I would actually fear the times when it was necessary to contact him because of how he made me feel. He never answered my most concerning questions, he accused me of being guilty, insisted that my best option was to take the plea. He overlooked important details and made mistakes that were actually submitted to the court. He didn't consider the fact that I live in a different state and set up the plea as if I was a local resident. In official court documents, he got some of the most basic things wrong such as labeling me as 'driver of vehicle', even though i was not the DRIVER and no one else ever thought I was! Including the court and prosecuting attorney.
