This guy wanted $4500 to represent me on a class b domestic violence when my wife (the victim) said she would testify in my can.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone, he only cares about money.. Your freedom is not protected by this guy
I'm sorry if you misunderstood our rates for criminal representation. The $4500 fee was what we needed to represent you in both your domestic violence charge in the Payson Justice Court and your possession of controlled substance charge in the Provo City Justice Court. To be clear, that fee is for two separate cases. I would charge $2500 to represent you for the domestic violence charge only. Sorry if you misunderstood our charges. We do care a great deal about freedom and constitutional rights. Good luck in your cases. Please get back to me if I can be of assistance.
"I've known Rob for years and I've seen him advocate for his clients in court. He is a professional who gets great results. I highly recommend him."
"I'm an attorney in Prescott Arizona. I referred a client that lived in Utah to Robert Avery for a criminal misdemeanor defense matter involving allegations of domestic violence. Mr. Avery did a wonderful job. He was available by cell phone to speak with and to answer questions. I found his fee to be reasonable for the work performed. He obtained a result that, in my opinion, was an excellent result given the factual circumstances of the charges against our mutual client. It's not often that I find local counsel for my clients that is compassionate and willing to be patient and answer the questions that my clients have. I recommend Rob Avery for any criminal matter that you may have in the Provo area."
"I've known Rob for almost 15 years and have always found him to have high integrity, work ethic, and leadership ability. He is passionate, principled, and fair in his judgments."
"I worked with Rob in law school and have had significant contact with him since then. He combines two qualities too rarely found together: an ardent sense of right and the ability to give force and voice to it. Rob has an impeccable sense of justice and sees to the kernel of issues quickly without becoming lost in the superfluous or the inconsequential. Those looking for a champion with the chops to give them a voice would be well served to make Rob their advocate."
"Rob Avery is a passionate defender of individual's rights and liberties. He is a zealous advocate for his clients. His knowledge of the law is matched perfectly by his ability to argue to the courts. Rob's familiarity with the courts and legal processes combined with his legal knowledge produce a defense that is forthright and holds the prosecution and the police to honest enforcement of the law and true justice for his clients."
"Rob is a tenacious and capable attorney who leaves no stone unturned when fighting for the rights of his clients. I am routinely amazed at the outcomes his is able to achieve on behalf of those he represents."
"I have known Rob Avery since before his time as a lawyer and have found him to possess the highest personal and professional character. He is honest, forthright, and a talented litigator."
"I not only attended law school with Rob, I also worked as co-counsel with Rob on a complex matter that ultimately was ruled on by the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an outstanding advocate, a great man, and I wholeheartedly recommend him."
