Christopher C Rogers

Chris C. Rogers is a senior attorney of the Utah law firm of Heideman & Associates. Among other responsibilities at the firm, Mr. Rogers oversees the Divorce and Family Law division of Heideman & Associatess. Mr. Rogers received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2000. In the course of his studies, Mr. Rogers had the opportunity to study and research the effects of divorce on children and families. Such knowledge has been invaluable in his practice in counseling clients through custodial disputes and divorce proceedings.

Mr. Rogers received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah in 2003 and is an active member of the Utah State Bar. He has appeared in state courts throughout the State of Utah and has made appearances in the Federal Courts both in and out of the State of Utah. Mr. Rogers is also licensed in the State of New York where he has appeared in various Family Courts and Supreme Courts throughout the  the state.  Mr. Rogers’ primary legal responsibilities include:
