Cathryne Hales Harrison

This year (2021), I used Cathryne Harrison to create my estate documents: will, trust, POA, Medical Directive, etc., and am very, very happy with her knowledge, her service, and thoroughness in creating them. She was also very timely in getting them completed before my suddenly scheduled major surger...y. Her office assistant was on board during my signing appointment to make any last minute changes and I walked out with a complete notebook of signed documents, unlike other attorneys who mail it to you after the fact. Plus, I had previously had a phone consultation with her partner Cory Hundley regarding questions regarding unnecessary treatments sold to me by a local dental practice. He was very informative in differentiating between malpractice and what he termed "upselling" - evidently a very common practice here in Utah - selling you the most expensive options without offering the lesser ones at all or only later. His advice greatly helped how I handled that situation even though there was no official legal work coming from it for him. From my experience, I can't recommend them highly enough!

I hired Cathryn do do a probate at the last minute, she gladly took my case, just like others who hire attorneys I was skeptical, I had asked her to do something for me and she proved to me to be honest and ethical, she would not continue with my case if that was my intent. She is smart fast and curt...ious, and so willing to calm nerves of those who hire her. My sister and I had never hired an attorney so we were very nervous and scared, she was wonderful. Catherine helped me with my custody battle for my son. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful! She walked me through each step and carefully answered all my questions.
