I was married less than 5 years to a man who had nothing. I inherited some money and my mother’s house. Dan told me since I had a postnuptial my X would only get 1/8 of my assets. The rest would go to me and my kids . so I hired him. He might as well have been my X’s attorney. My X was awarded $45th...ousand and didn’t have to pay anything on a home equity loan that he ran up. He gave me a short period of time to pay my X. So I ended up losing my mothers home. My X had a truck that was 100% in my name. We still owed money on it. My X had bad credit so My Attorney gave him 2 years to get the truck in his name. So for 2 years I had to worry if he paid insurance on it, or world wreck it, or miss any payments. My X cost me over $100 thousand dollars + got a truck, and a 5th wheel, My X of less than 5 years who had addictions and cheated on me . Got all gains while I got all loses . Plus a large attorney fee So if you’re a man you would probably do great hiring him. If you’re a Woman I would definitely not recommend him !! GOOD LUCK When you hire an attorney you expect them to at least be fair and help you get what you deserve.
