Mr Benson will try to Drag your legal situation out as long as possible just to Be...n Franklin you to death. There is no going in to this office & handing the receptionist a requested item. Mr Benson feels the need to come & shake your hand and charge you $50.00 for the handshake. He is very young & wet around the ears. Unfortunately if he wasn’t all about the money and a bit more knowledgeable he would make a excellent generational Family Attorney that clients would keep in the Family forever! He wants to skim every buck he can from his clients now and will find even the smallest ways to do so. His paralegal is the same in every way! If your going to pay $250.00 + Dollars an hour for an Attorney, There are several very good Attorneys in the Ogden And surrounding areas that have been in practice for decades that you can hire for the same price. I would bet these other Attorneys wouldn’t feel the need to charge you for a handshake!
