His outstanding writing and clarity was present from day one and throughout my entire case. Tyson doesn't have to waive his arms to make his ingenious arguments heard. Instead, he simply writes and presents them with respect, charisma, and unmet clarity. He doesn't need to muddy the water to win an argument or a debate. I believe Tyson is a remarkable attorney based on his ability to be realistic, advise on 'good' vs 'bad' approaches and ideas, sort and prioritize case strategies with their likely outcomes, his aptitude for applying clever case law and constitutional law to family law, and his unmet ability to take the sophisticated road in writing and presenting indisputable arguments.
