Collection agency sued my client in state court for a debt discharged in bankruptcy even after my client had shown proof to Bonneville she did not owe the debt. My client's original bankruptcy attorney ... was no longer practicing law. After Bonneville received a judgment in state court, I was able to get the judgment set aside and sue Bonneville for damages caused to my client.
