I hired Kris in an effort to terminate alimony that I owed to my ex-wife for over 10 more years. While it ultimately ended up being my decision to accept the settlement in an effort to immediately end future legal fee’s and court costs, I’m completely confident that the case Kris had compiled against my ex-wife was going to prevail should we have gone through future hearings and even a trial. Obviously, my ex-wife and her council felt the same way as they showed absolutely no interest in letting this play out in the courts.
