Brian S. Bankhead

Brian Bankhead claims Ogden, Utah as his hometown; however, he is currently counted among the people of the sun in St. George. Brian comes from a background in art and design where he was well-respected for his meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising integrity.

When Brian first embarked on his legal career, he had the opportunity to represent people with disabilities who were facing discrimination. As he fought for justice on his clients’ behalf, he repeatedly witnessed the power imbalance that exists between large corporations and individuals. Brian ultimately developed a chip on his shoulder for those seeking a fair shake, making him an ardent believer in justice no matter what someone’s background or economic standing may be.
Brian now fights for families who have suffered catastrophic injury and loss. He is driven by a relentless pursuit to hold corporations and insurance companies accountable for their choices and to bring families closure. He preaches that it is our right to “believe in better,” and that we all deserve safety in our communities and dignity in our everyday lives.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor degree at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. At the College of Law, Brian participated in a number of student organizations including as vice president of three organizations; he also won academic awards for being a top-performer in his class.
When not working, Brian soaks up as much time with his wife and two little girls as possible. He calls himself a “maker,” and enjoys designing and building anything from a logo to a piece of furniture. Brian is also a devoted follower of the Utah Jazz and Detroit Lions.
